HOA MANAGEMENT
The Association is professionally managed by Alliance Community Management (ACM). Our community manager is Nancy Carter, who has over 25 years' management experience.

| BOARD OF DIRECTORS |
The Association is governed by a five-member Board of Directors, comprised entirely of homeowners. These volunteer Board members serve staggered terms, and elections for open seats on the Board are held in conjunction with the HOA's annual meeting. |
| COMMITTEES |
The Architectural Committee is comprised of three (3) or more members, as established by the Declaraton of Covenants. Members serve three-year terms, as determined by the Board of Directors. The Committee handles applications for external modifications to lots. |
