On behalf of the Board of Directors of the KINGS CROSSING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, we want to welcome you to the community. We are very pleased to have you as a member. The Community was built in 1991 and there are 118 homes. Manchester Lakes Phase 4 HOA is also known as Kings Crossing HOA. We are a neighborhood community of Manchester Lakes.
Your Association is governed by a Board of Directors who are all volunteers, elected by the membership. They meet at least once a year to addresses any issues, make certain that the grounds are kept well maintained, review and approve rules and regulations, review the Association's finances, and approve the annual budget.
The Association operates on a calendar year basis. In addition to Board meetings there is an annual Membership meeting. As a member of the community, you are invited to attend all meetings.
Our Association is managed on a day-to-day basis by Alliance Community Management (ACM). They are responsible for the daily operations of the Association. The collect the assessments, pay the Association's bills, manage contractors and maintenance services.
