BOARD OF DIRECTORS |
The Association is governed by a 7-member Board of Directors composed of Lexington 7 homeowners appointed by Pulte, the developer. These Board members will serve until Pulte obtains its Loudoun County performance bond release and resigns its controlling Lexington 7 HOA membership. This is expected in 2023 following which elections for the Board Directors will be held. |
