On behalf of the Board of Directors of the LEXINGTON 7 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, we want to welcome you to the community. We are very pleased that you chose to live here. When you purchased your home, you automatically became a member of the homeowners association. The Community was constructed in 2020 and there are 113 homes.

Your Association is currently governed by a Board of Directors who are representatives of the developer. They meet at least once a year to addresses any issues, make certain that the grounds are kept well maintained, review and approve rules and regulations, review the Association's finances, and approve the annual budget.

The Association operates on a calendar year basis. In addition to Board meetings there is an annual Membership meeting. As a member of the community, you are invited to attend all meetings.

Our Association is managed on a day-to-day basis by Alliance Community Management (ACM). They are responsible for the daily operations of the Association. The collect the assessments, pay the Association's bills, manage contractors and maintenance services.
